Kurth

Dr. Thomas Kurth is a nationally and internationally recognized professional. He
attended University of Cologne and obtained a doctorate in law. As a scholarship
holder, he attended New York University. In 1987, he was admitted to the New
York Bar as Attorney-at-Law and subsequently worked as a lawyer in New York.

In 1992, Dr. Thomas Kurth was admitted to the Cologne Bar. Since then, he
practices in Cologne. His areas of specialization include Business, Corporate and
Tax law, complex national and international transactions as well as legal work in
national and international court and arbitration proceedings and in the fiscal courts.
